P. Diddy Crystal Palace Takeover?

Hip-Hop mogul P. Diddy is rumored to buyout Crystal Palace. Could you imagine? 'Yo, welcome to Crystal Pally.' Only Bad Boy artists music would be played. All players and staff would decked out in Sean John. There would be nights where the first 1,000 fans would get a pair of aviator sunglasses. Would fans be able to buy a pint of Cristal during halftime? Also, you can't forget the possibility of a new "Making the Band" contest between players and staff. So, is Puffy going to drop a stack or two and ice out Selhurst Park and change Crystal Palace to just, Palace?

According to Rosie Swash of The Guardian, Diddy "almost" bought the club. Here is what he had to say.

"There was somebody that had looked at it [for me] but ... it just wasn't the right business move at the time," the 40-year-old rapper and entrepreneur told the BBC.
He explained: "I'm always looking into different business ventures and it's definitely one of my dreams to be part of a sports franchise, especially a football team."
He didn't state the exact reason he didn't buy the club. Perhaps it was because it's been in administration twice, once in 1998 and 2010. Hopes aren't completely shattered yet though Palace fans, he did say he would like to own a football club in the future\, hopefully not an American football club.
"If the situation comes my way and it's appealing, we can make the splash and, most importantly, build the right team and win … I'm into winning and if it's the right situation then I'm open to it."
It's not like he doesn't have the cash. Sean John is worth $100 million annually, he has Bad Boy Records, and a personal fortune of $30 million. Straight cash homie.
