A showdown of a lot of firsts. Most importantly, and my favorite "first" is that we will have a brand spanking, shiny new winner of a World Cup. Dirty Tackle has some other 1st's you may be interested in. Is this the final you were hoping for? Two teams with mass amounts of creativity and skill. Both well disciplined and have players able to create spaces and make their opponent pay with a small mistake. This is like Christmas morning. I think ESPN/ABC should have a picture in picture of both Madrid and Amsterdam in the corner so we can all watch fans reactions. Great tournament, here's to a game that Paul the Octopus will hopefully predict to be an instant classic.
